Beech Hill B&B
Come and stay in our traditional 100+ year-old Cheshire semi-perma-farmhouse. Whether you're here for our location, our vision, or our breakfasts, your stay supports our wider endeavours, and we receive you with thanks. With off-street parking, private 24-hour access, and the right to roam 27 acres of field and woodland, you may be as involved or as secluded as you wish. You are staying in an active and much-loved home, and as such there may at times be the gentle sounds of piano, conversation, farm-work or cooking on the evening breeze.
During your stay you have the opportunity to book in for NO HANDS® massage, Ignatian spiritual direction, and to explore the land. Should you desire to order a cooked breakfast, we are glad to announce that your morning meal is organic, seasonal, and, increasingly, from our own garden.
The seasonal delights of Beech Hill are many: spring bluebells and cherry blossom, summer greenery and bountiful harvests, autumnal auburn and days of clear light, winter stars and skeleton trees. The quiet country lanes and idyllic canals are excellent for walking and cycling, and it is 30 minutes to the Roman town of Chester. An hour’s drive or train ride will get you to Manchester and Liverpool. Oulton Park Racetrack, Delamere forest and Beeston Castle are all within easy reach. You are in walking distance of Hartford's range of pubs and restaurants. Further afield we are well-situated for day-trips to the glorious landscapes of North Wales, Snowdonia, and the Peak District, and we lie directly on the Land’s End to John O'Groats cycle route.
We hope you enjoy your time with us!
